Meet Our Team

 Dr. Joseph is the owner of Top-Notch Veterinary Services. She graduated with a BA in Biology from Gettysburg College. Then she went on to get her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University with an emphasis on food animal medicine. Dr. Joseph loves her career path and doesn’t feel like she ever works a day in her life. She is definitely a cow vet at heart, but enjoys doing all species, especially reproduction.

 Chrsitina is our extremely competent office manager. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute and is a board-certified veterinary technician. She is licensed in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. She is the mother of 3 adorable kids and has a wonderful and more importantly, understanding husband. She rides with Dr. Joseph and serves as a large animal veterinary technician and has gained a new appreciation for the equine species.

Jazmin has been with us since 2014. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in 2016 with her associate's degree in veterinary technology. She is a board-certified veterinary technician in the state of Pennsylvania. She does it all from large to small. You may also, on occasion, see her at the front desk. She does an excellent job. She has two Australian Shepherds and a husband that she loves to adventure with.

Rachel joined our team in 2021. She attended both professional grooming school and veterinary technician school and has worked in both industries throughout her life. Before transitioning into veterinary medicine full time, she traveled and competitively groomed for several years. She has also professionally taught within the grooming industry. In her free time, she enjoys showing dogs, professionally grooming show dogs, spending time with her family and dogs and watching her children build their careers in the animal and agricultural industries. Rachel’s favorite area of veterinary medicine is reproduction, and she has a strong passion for custom ear cropping across various dog breeds.
